Regulating Petty Officer (RPO) – CPO2 A. Linnington

The RPO is the second highest position a cadet can attain. The RPO is responsible for keeping the ship on schedule and in it’s routine. The RPO brings the Coxswain’s attention to issues or concerns that they may have to deal with, or work together with the Coxswain to resolve issues or execute training.
