Change of Command
On December 15th we had to say goodbye to a member of our Admiral Nelles family. The Commanding Officer Lt (N) Messecar has moved on within the cadet program to fulfill a long term goal of working to develop and improve the program that we deliver. His next posting has taken him to the Trenton area as he works as a Zone Training Officer to support many cadet units (Army, Sea and Air) implement the program for their units. It was a great night where he was joined by colleagues, family, friends, cadets and their families. The CO was recognized for his commitment to the program for over 25 years in our community. We wish him “Fair Winds and Following Seas”
